We at IPEX Real Estate believe strongly in effective client counseling to learn all of the resources of the client and the “benefits” they are seeking in their real estate investments so the best solutions can be found. We accept only a limited number of clients at one time and do not subscribe to the typical situation of a broker listing lots of property hoping to close on a few to be successful. We want to have the time to focus our expertise and resources on each client to lead to a successful conclusion. Through our client counseling before the project is started, both the prospective clients and our staff can fully determine if we can work as a team to accomplish the desired goals.

O U R C O U N S E L I N G P R O C E S S
The staff at IPEX real estate is experienced at working to understand the goals and capabilities of their client. Like with a CPA or an Attorney our clients expect the protection of their confidential information but grow to trust us enough to share all details of their finances, ownership, pending situations or family concerns. We strive to gain a full knowledge of our client’s personal and financial strengths or weaknesses. This information is then used to identify all possible resources in determining a successful solution.
In the counseling session(s) we discuss possible options such as private treaty sale, auction sale, exchanges of real estate to solve problems or assist an IRS Sec 1031 tax deferred exchange for the benefit of the client. The IPEX staff is also familiar with creating solutions through using investor partnerships or locating the best financing tools. After thorough counseling we can then find the most ideal solution for each client.
Our IPEX approach is not to list lots of properties and work with many clients at one time, but concentrate fully on only a handful of active clients so that our success rate is much improved over the typical brokerage company.
