Stephen R. England grew up on a ranch near North Platte and has been involved with the livestock industry for over 40 years. Dave Malone has completed many ranch appraisals over the years. We at IPEX have the “hands on” expertise to assist our clients in selling, acting as a buying agent, determining appraised value or in developing a ranch into a profitable business.

Dairy Properties

Stephen R. England of Investment Property Exchange Inc. (IPEX) has worked extensively with Dairy prospects and the state of Nebraska officials in developing a Dairy recruitment program. Mr. England served as the on-site agent for Steve and Dan Wolfe in their move to Nebraska. He located their site, wrote Wolfe Dairy business plan, advised and coordinated the sale of Virginia assets to complete an IRC 1031 tax deferred exchanges into the new facilities and negotiated local and state funding for the project. Mr. England’s broad expertise and the staff at IPEX can assist any interested Dairy looking to relocate.

Some of the Dairy projects Steve has been involved with include:

  • Located a 4,000 cow new dairy farm to Nebraska

  • 600 cow Wolfe Dairy at Kearney relocation from Virginia

  • 1,500 new cow facility sold to CO dairyman

  • Assisted in a 400 cow dairy’s relocation from Washington to Nebraska

  • 300 cow dairy sold to Wisconson dairyman

  • Purchased for client an operating dairy in South Dakota (2,900 cows)

  • Wrote the financial business plan for several expanding dairies
