The staff at Investment Property Exchange Inc. understands the financial side of business. Both Dave Malone and
Stephen R. England have banking experience and regularly are involved in assisting individuals and companies to develop business plans, negotiating and obtaining loans, creating joint venture investments and evaluating cash flow options. During the late 1980's we worked extensively in pre-bankruptcy counseling and solving stressed financial situations.
Steve also regularly works to complete independent due diligence and property use evaluations around the U.S.
