Stephen R. England of Investment Property Exchange Inc. (IPEX) has worked extensively with Dairy prospects and the state of Nebraska officials in developing a Dairy recruitment program. Mr. England served as the on-site agent for Steve and Dan Wolfe in their move to Nebraska. He located their site, wrote Wolfe Dairy business plan, advised and coordinated the sale of Virginia assets to complete an IRC 1031 tax deferred exchanges into the new facilities and negotiated local and state funding for the project. • 600 cow Wolfe Dairy at Kearney relocation from Virginia

• Assisted in a 400 cow dairy's relocation from Washington to Nebraska

• 300 cow dairy sold to Wisconson dairyman

• Purchased for client an operating dairy in South Dakota (2,900 cows)

• Wrote the financial business plan for several expanding dairies
