Since 1983 Investment Property Exchange Inc. has been involved in the appraisal of many types of properties throughout the State of Nebraska and in adjoining states. We specialize in the appraisal of commercial properties, farms and ranches, and also provide residential appraisals for the local market. Our goal is to provide appraisal services that are accurate, informative and presented with the highest level of integrity.

As a Certified General Appraiser, appraisals have been prepared on many types of commercial properties including light industrial, retail, office and others. Farms and ranches of all types and sizes in many locations have been the subject of our appraisal assignments. Our firm has had extensive experience in the area of condemnation appraisals and testimony. Appraisals are prepared in a format to meet the requirements of all individual clients and comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

We are frequently called on to provide consulting services and expert testimony in arbitration settings and County, District, Federal and Bankruptcy courts.
